Early June we will reorganize the course to match the 2026 exam outline, and we’ll publish the updates to the study guides, quick sheets, and practice questions at that time too.

Q: If I am taking the exam before the update on September 1st 2026, do I need the updated content?
A: Probably not, but if it was me I would watch it just to have a broader base.
Q: Do I need to pay for the updates?
A: No, we always do in-place updates, meaning if you have access, you get the updates for free on any of our courses.
Q: Should I wait to take the exam?
A: If you can be ready before, I would take it before. The curriculum changes are minor, 80%+ of the changes are already covered in the current CC course. We know how the current exam is, you never know what else they change on major updates.
Q: When is all the new content ready?
A: Videos will be up by the end April. Study guides, Quick sheets, and questions will be updated early June, when we do the reorganizing of videos to match the new outline (a good deal of content is moving from one domain to another).
Q: Will the new exam be harder or easier?
A: We don’t know. We assume about the same level with a slightly larger curriculum.
Q: Will there be a price increase because of the updates?
A: No, we only update prices when we have added significant additional content, not when we update courses for exam changes.
Q: Are you also adding new practice questions?
A: Yes, we are adding new questions for the new content (like GRC, Quantum cryptography, threat frameworks, etc.).
