Getting certified is one of the most cost and time effective ways to take your career to the next level.
In 2008 I had a choice, certifications or a degree.
My choice was clear, certifications, a lot of them.
I could keep working full time, take care of my wife, and study at night and on weekends.
Within the next 1 1/2 year I got my CCENT, CCNA, CCNP, CEH, CCNA-Security, Security+, and my CISSP.
