Integrated Product Team (IPT): A cross-functional team responsible for developing and delivering a product or service. IPTs are typically composed of individuals with different expertise and backgrounds, including engineering, design, marketing, and project management. An example of an IPT could be a team of software developers, user experience designers, and product managers working together to create a new mobile app.
