Dynamic Ports: Also known as private or ephemeral ports, these are network ports assigned on an as-needed basis by a host’s operating system for client-side TCP or UDP communications. They are typically used for short-term communication sessions when a client initiates a communication session with a server, after which the port is released for reuse. Dynamic ports range from 49152 to 65535 according to IANA (Internet Assigned Numbers Authority) standards.
