Cloud Customers vs. Cloud Users: Cloud customers are the entities that contract with a cloud service provider to use their services, which could include organizations, teams, or individuals. In contrast, cloud users are those who interact with the cloud system to perform various tasks. While all users are associated with customers, not all customers are direct users; for example, an organization may be a customer, while its employees are the users.
